The short version

Your site data is yours. Your workspace is private, only the people you invite can see it, we never sell or share your data with anyone, and you can export or delete everything at any time. No fine print games — the details below say exactly the same thing, only longer.

Privacy Policy

What we store

Your account details — name, email and phone number — used only to sign you in and identify you to your team.
The project data you enter: BOQs, L·M·E records, DPRs, measurements, bills, drawings and photos you upload.
Basic technical logs (sign-ins, errors) so we can keep the app reliable and fix problems.

Who can see your data

Your workspace is private. Only people you invite can see your projects — and engineers see only the sites assigned to them.
SiteMate staff do not read your project data. Access is granted only if you explicitly ask us to help with a problem.
We never sell, rent or share your data with advertisers or any third party for their own use.

Where it lives

Data is stored on secure cloud servers with encryption in transit and at rest.
A copy also lives on your own device so the app works on sites with poor network — it syncs when you are back online.
Shared projects are backed up, and earlier versions are archived before anything is replaced, so nothing is silently lost.

Tracking & cookies

No advertising trackers, no cross-site tracking, no selling of behaviour data.
Only the essential sign-in session is kept so you stay logged in on your device.

Your control

Your data belongs to you. You can export your BOQs, bills and records at any time from within the app.
You can delete projects, or your entire account, and the data is removed from our systems.

Terms of Use

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for the people you invite into your workspace.
One account per person; company owners manage their own team access.

Using SiteMate

SiteMate is free to use, with unlimited team members and sites.
Calculators, BOQ take-offs and estimates are professional aids — quantities marked preliminary must be verified against drawings and BBS before issue, and final engineering responsibility always rests with the engineer in charge.
Do not use the app for anything unlawful, and do not attempt to access workspaces that are not yours.

Shared workspaces

When you invite someone, you decide what they can see. When you accept an invitation, the workspace owner can see the data you enter into their projects.
Workspace owners can remove members; removed members lose access to that workspace immediately.

The service

We work hard to keep SiteMate available and accurate, but we provide it as-is and cannot be liable for losses arising from decisions made solely on unverified app output.
We may update these terms as the app grows; significant changes will be announced in the app, and continued use means acceptance.
